My name is Holly. Yoga is my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

In around 2012, fed up with trying to get to the gym on a lunchtime, I tried yoga for the first time and quite simply floated back to the office. I was hooked.

Fast forward to 2024, the year I decided ‘OK, I really need to understand WHY yoga is so powerful in addressing so many of our common, human discomforts, such as physical pain, stress and sleep troubles.’

This eye-opening, incredible learning journey has been pivotal in my yoga teaching, and in my life too. I am incredibly excited to work with you to share tools, techniques and knowledge tailored to your needs and your life.
